Our shipments and return policy:
All of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers to your doorstep. Please allow at very least 2 weeks for delivery from your wedding date. It often won't take the full 2 weeks to deliver your cake topper, but we encourage you to plan well ahead and order your cake topper with plenty of time to spare, in case any problems arise with shipping. On rare occasions, mistakes do happen, and items sometimes get damaged or lost during shipment. Please do not hesitate to contact us
if you are at all not satisfied with the shipment of your order. We'll work with our suppliers and our customers to correct any problems should they arise. Custom and personalized products take up to 2 weeks to manufacture before they are shipped. Please consider this additional time when placing your order with us. Custom orders generally cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please contact us immediately on the same day of your order if you discover that you made a mistake on your customized order. Once a customized cake topper or other personalized item is ordered and the manufacturing process has begun, the item cannot be returned. If a mistake is made by the manufacturer, a replacement item will be immediately sent out. Please contact us as soon as possible if a custom / personalized item that you ordered was misspelled or otherwise incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any questions or problems with the shipment. We will be more than happy to grant returns and exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of the time when you receive the shipment. Please email email@example.com
